Abhaya is a charitable organization that started its operation from Feb 6th, 2004 with the sole objective of providing succour to the depressed, destitute and the downtrodden in society. This noble endeavour had the blessings of Paster S.E Njanadas, Arattukuzhi and who is also the Spiritual advisor of the trust. Situated on the outskirts of Cochin City, the home for the depressed and the destitute is near Glass Factory Road, Kalamasery. With the very meagre financial resources at its command, this organization exists only due to the active involvement of the local people and a few benefactors in and around Cochin.
